Background:
Garry spent his younger years as a professional musician traveling around the country with various bands.  After reaching the depths of despair and starvation (as traditionally happens with many musicians), he thought there had to be a better way to make a living.

Brendan spent the last 17 years in the sporting arena, initially as a Professional Football (Soccer) player and then in an administrative capacity within the game. He played Football around the world and represented his country at Olympic level.

Although sport still remains one of Brendan’s passions, it is his passion for real estate and his desire to produce a passive income for life that has lead him down the property investment path.

Brendan is a Licensed Real Estate Buyers Agent, has qualifications in Management, Personal Training, Senior Coaching, Carpentry and Public Speaking so he is highly qualified and committed to working with folks who are also committed.  Brendan is a dedicated family man to his lovely wife Nadia and son Alex.  His interests include motor sport, holistic health and fitness and he works tirelessly in support of The New Westmead Children’s Hospital.
